A story I haven’t told yet is how a month before the book launch, I read the final manuscript and felt like I was somehow too vulnerable in the book. It gave me sleepless nights and it was truly uncomfortable. But then I remembered that when I decided to write Mind Your Cents, I knew I did not want to just create an information manual, I wanted to share financial nuggets of wisdom and stories that impact lives and vulnerability was a key ingredient to it all.
